With the support of the Organization of Francophone Universities (AUF), University of Building and Construction Industry XF French were negotiating with the major universities of France on cooperation in bilateral level training in Vietnam -French for Francophone students XF.
Negotiation process has achieved great success. On 26/04/2010, Rector of the University Building, Dr. Le Van Thanh and Rector of the National Transportation and Public Works of Law, Professor Philipe Sardin, has signed framework agreements on cooperation and Terms implementation of the licensing agreement between the two schools first.
Under this Agreement, after four years of classroom French Construction (XF) Construction University, students who meet eligibility will be selected to France to study two years at the State House Transportation and Public Works France and will be the Engineer degree from the University of Construction, an engineering degree and a Master of the National Transportation and Public Works of Law.
This Agreement has opened up a new development and opportunities for students to study French XF-Building Construction University. Students XF conditional block has been awarded a degree from the University of Construction, recently earned the international level of the major universities and the reputation of France.
Also for this purpose, in May 2010, after the negotiation process, the licensing agreement was signed Monday between the Rector of the University of Construction and Director of the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Rennes, Republic of France.
Currently, the University of Building and Construction Industry XF French continue negotiations to reach agreement signed by the grant No. 3 with Advanced Mechanics Institute of France (IFMA) to give birth XF block members have more opportunities for future selection.
